Membership:

The current annual fee to the Royal British Legion Scotland is £20. The local Branch does not charge any fees. Membership of our local branch also entitles you to use any RBL Branch or Club anywhere in the world.

Monthly Meetings:

We currently meet on the second Wednesday of every second month (Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov) 19:00hrs to 20:00hrs (7 to 8pm). There are additional meetings for planning arrangements and for social events.

Meetings are usually at Fife Community Interpreting Service, 8 Mitchel Street, Kirkcaldy KY1 1BD. However, we do move around the town to benefit members and the community. Dress is usually casual and we welcome visitors considering joining. Our Facebook site usually has the latest information.

Annual Events:

We organise the annual Kirkcaldy Remembrance Sunday Service which is the largest in Fife. Along with supporting Armistice wreath laying around the district. In recent years, we have also organised the knitted poppy appeal to dress the War Memorials and provided a Memorial seat and a Memorial cairn (unveiled by the King and Queen in 2025) in the Memorial Gardens. In the days leading up to Remembrance Sunday 2026, we will also be holding a Garden of Remembrance event.
